Now, it’s important to know that no two coaches are exactly alike…so your day may look different from mine. But it’s helpful to see how other coaches make this business work for them.
What you’ll note in every case, though, are some common threads:
- All serious coaches make their fitness and health a top priority.
- All serious coaches are focused on helping others do the same.
- All serious coaches are mindful about how they spend their time.
There are also 3 vital behaviors that all serious coaches focus on daily:
1. BE PROOF THE PRODUCTS WORK. If you’re gonna talk the talk, you better walk the walk! This means you’re using Beachbody products in some form or fashion to make your life better. Makes sense right?
2. INVITE. INVITE. INVITE. Invite people to join your network, invite people to join your challenge groups, invite people to learn more about what coaching is all about. Simply become an advocate for health and wellness and encourage others to empower themselves with fitness and nutrition whether it has anything to do with Beachbody or not!
3. PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT. Invest in yourself and your business by feeding your mind daily with personal development books, audio, training, obtaining professional certifications, etc. Included in your $15.95 monthly business coaching fee is an online subscription to SUCCESS magazine which is super cool!
My “average” day changed quite a bit once I became a full-time coach. And then it changed A LOT after the birth of my son. But unlike a lot of “jobs” what’s great about being a coach is that no matter what phase of life you’re going through you can always find a way to make the business work for you instead of trying to change YOUR life to adapt to someone else’s schedule.
That’s PRICELESS!!
As a new coach here are some things you can expect to do on a daily basis:
>> workout
>> drink Shakeology & eat according to your goals
>> at least 15 minutes of personal development (reading, listening to training calls, praying, meditating, etc.)
>> check on your support/challenge groups
>> answer emails/FB messages
>> post on your favorite social media platform at least once
Weekly tasks:
>> listen to the National Wakeup Call (hosted by corporate)
>> watch the Team Hardcore (our upline) training webinar
>> complete a #fitbizbesties training course
>> check the coach online office for news and updates
>> schedule posts for future challenge groups
Here’s a question for you: If you decided to start your own business, and you were really passionate about it, how much time would you see yourself putting into it daily?
Be sure to jot down your answer, because I’ll want to go over this with you if you decide that Beachbody coaching is a good fit for you.
