As a coach you have multiple websites that you can share with your followers. These include your coach website, your Shakeology website, and the Ultimate Reset website. However, sometimes it can be more convenient to send direct links to your customers so they know exactly where to go once they are ready to buy.
Of course, you shouldn’t be randomly posting your links all over social media and it’s typically recommended that you only share links through personal messages/email once you know people are ready to buy.
I highly recommend creating some type of text document on your desktop, phone, Google Drive, Dropbox, Evernote etc. with your coaching links so they are always handy when you need them. Over time you can also add other links that you find yourself sharing most often (videos, favorite articles, etc.). The nice thing about using services like Evernote, Google Drive, etc. is that you’ll have access to your links on any device you have the app installed.
If you like, you can use this Evernote document to get started:

NOTE: Be sure to check out the FAQs in the coach online office for links to newly released products.
In the document I also have a list of YouTube videos for different programs that you can send to clients. Feel free to add more links to your most shared videos as your business grows.

You should already know your Beachbody coach ID#. If you don’t know what that is, log into your back office and go to MY BUSINESS >> MY PROFILE. Anytime you see XXXXXX you will need to replace that with your coach ID#.
When new products come out you’ll want to update your links document to keep it current. Links for new products will always be posted in the online office under breaking coach news and the FAQ section.
Here are some links that you’ll use most often:
Signing up a New Coach

Free Team Beachbody Membership

Store Home Page

Challenge Packs
It’s important to know that only customers and new coach sign-ups can purchase a challenge pack. That’s why when you go to the TBB shop, you won’t be able to find any challenge packs. But if you log out of your TBB account (or use a different web browser) you will see them listed in the sidebar when you visit the SHOP.
Or, from the TBB home page you can go to BEACHBODY CHALLENGE >> CHALLENGE PACKS while you are still logged into your account.
You have four options when it comes to sharing challenge packs with your peeps.
1. Make sure you have the challenge pack bannner posted on your coach website. (http://beachbodycoach.com/yourusername) You can edit which banners are displayed in the coach online office under the MY WEBSITES tab. When talking to people about challenge packs simply instruct them to go to your coach website and then click on the challenge pack banner in the right sidebar.
2. Tell them to log into their TBB account (assuming they have already created an account and you are their coach) and click on the CHALLENGE PACKS link under the BEACHBODY CHALLENGE tab.
3. They can also just click on the SHOP tab and then select CHALLENGE PACKS from the left sidebar.
4. If you are talking to someone about a specific challenge pack you can send them a link which takes them directly to that challenge pack. This is the option that I use almost 100% of the time.
Example:
T25 Challenge Pack
http://teambeachbody.com/shop/-/shopping/BCPT25205?referringRepId=XXXXXX
XXXXXX = your coach ID#
BCPT25205 = unique product code for the T25 challenge pack
In the Evernote document I shared above you’ll find a list of all the unique product codes for challenge packs that are currently available for purchase.
It’s also a good idea to test your links before you start sending them out. To do that log out of your TBB account or open a different web browser (Internet Explorer, Firefox, etc.) Copy/paste your link into the browser, and then add the item to the shopping cart. Proceed to checkout and scroll down to the very bottom of the ‘Create Your Account’ page. It should say, “Beachbody Coach Reference: “ followed by your profile name. On the membership and coach sign-up pages it should list your name as the referring coach.
Keep in mind that you don’t need to worry about using these links UNLESS YOU WANT TO. You always have the option of simply directing your customers to your Coach Website where they click on the three options: JOIN, COACH, SHOP and directing them where to go from there. You also have the choice to change the two banners that display in your right sidebar through the editor in your back office MY WEBSITES >> MY TEAMBEACHBODY COACH. Typically I use the general challenge pack banner and below that whatever challenge pack is on sale that month but sometimes it’s hard for me to keep up with that since I typically stick with sending people direct links.
Coaching Codes
There’s a website called Simple Coach Links that will create all the different links for you based on your coach ID#. This is an awesome resource that was created for us by a fellow coach. However, sometimes the website gets overloaded and isn’t always available so I think it’s still important to know how to create the links yourself if you need to in a pinch.

And one last thing…when you are talking to friends and family, make sure that they don’t already have an account with Beachbody before trying to place an order with you. You can simply ask them, “Have you ever ordered anything from Beachbody before?” Chances are, if they’ve ordered something from BB before (through the Beachbody.com website, infomercial, etc.) they have a coach already and don’t even know it. In that case, they will need to send Beachbody a coach transfer request (instructions for how to do that are listed below).
Even if they order through YOUR link or website, if they use the same email address as the previous order the sale will be credited to the coach that is linked to that email address. And if you’re communicating with someone “new” that you’ve connected with online it’s important to find out if they’re already working with another coach. You don’t want to step on the toes of another coach and create bad karma for yourself. If the person hasn’t made it clear to me I’ll typically say something like, “Have you connected with a Beachbody coach yet who can help you with XYZ? If not I would love to be your coach!” Or something like that.
Or, maybe they purchased from Beachbody, but their coach never reached out to them, or maybe they sent one e-mail but never developed a good relationship with their coach for whatever reason. If you have a good relationship with this person and they trust you and they haven’t develooped any kind of relationship with their original coach, I think it’s totally fine to share with them how they can switch to you.
Sometimes people aren’t sure if they have a coach or not. Here’s a trick you can use to find out!
How to Check if Someone Already Has a Coach Using the TBB Mobile Website
You can access the mobile website here: http://coachmobile.teambeachbody.com/
First, you’ll need to log into your TBB account. If you’re on your phone you can choose to have it added to your home screen for easy access later.
Once you’re logged in, enter their email address on the Home screen and click the option that says ENROLL NEW CUSTOMER (don’t worry you’re not actually enrolling them YET, you’re just checking to see if their email address is in the system.)
If they already have a TBB account, you will see this:

Pretty nifty, eh?
Honestly, this is the only time I ever use the coach mobile website. I know a lot of other coaches use it to enroll new customers or coaches. I can see how it would be super-useful if you’re face-to-face with someone and do the majority of your business-building offline. But since I do almost everything online it’s just easier for me to stick with sending people links.
I would encourage you to use both methods and see what works best for YOU!

It’s not always possible but I typically try to make sure that someone has already created a free account with me as their coach BEFORE they place an order or sign-up as a coach. There just seems to be less hiccups when I do it this way.
To do that, simply send them this link which takes them directly to the free sign-up page and be sure you put your coach ID# in place of the XXXXXX.
https://teambeachbody.com/signup/-/signup/free?referringRepId=XXXXXX
You can also send them to your coaching website (http://beachbodycoach.com/yourusername) and have them click the JOIN button.
How to Help Someone Make a Coach Transfer Request
Like I mentioned before, sometimes a good connection isn’t made between a customer and the coach that Beachbody assigns to someone for whatever reason…either lack of communication, personality differences, etc. Or maybe your best friend didn’t even know she had a coach and wants to switch to you.
They just need to send an email to coach relations from the email address associated with their TBB account requesting you to be their coach. Make sure they include your coach ID# and TBB username in the email. Beachbody usually takes care of the request in less than 24-48 hours. However, when someone requests a coach transfer they will NOT show up in MY ALERTS on the home screen of your back office. You need to do a manual customer search to see if they have been added to your account. To do that go to MY BUSINESS > MY CUSTOMERS > CUSTOMER SEARCH > EDIT REPORT
To make it super simple, I’ll even write out the email for them so all they have to do is cut and paste!
For example:
TO: coachrelations@teambeachbody.com
FROM: whatever email address is associated with your Beachbody account
SUBJECT: Coach Transfer Request
MESSAGE: Hello! My name is Sally Smith and I'd like Amanda Jones (amandakjones) Coach #44769 to be my coach. Thanks!
TODAY’S HOMEWORK ASSIGNMENT
1. Create a new blank document on your computer, phone, Google Drive, etc. and copy/paste the links from the Evernote file into that document. Be sure to change the XXXXXX to your coach ID# and save the document somewhere where you can easily find it later.
2. Test out a couple of links following the directions above to make sure they work.
