NOTE: Don’t worry about spending TOO much time filling out your Team Beachbody profile. You’ll definitely want to have a profile photo, before photo (any photo of you is fine) and a brief bio. You will spend the majority of your time connecting with people on social media and based on my personal experience not many people are going to connect with you via the TeamBeachbody.com website because the majority of them are already working with a coach. :o)
