HELP ME HELP THE MAMAS
I’m currently donating 100% of the profits of all retail commissions from my Team Beachbody website to Postpartum Progress–an organization dedicated to vastly improving awareness of perinatal mood and anxiety disorders like postpartum depression and provide peer support for the women who have them.

DECEMBER 2014
Insanity MAX 30
I haven’t had this much fun doing a workout program since my days of the original Insanity and P90X!!
During the month of DECEMBER 2014 the INSANITY MAX 30 challenge pack is on sale for $180 ($30 off the normal price of $205). That means you’re basically getting the program for $40 when you purchase a bag of Shakeology. That’s a crazy good deal! Plus when you purchase a challenge pack you’ll receive complimentary access to my VIP support and accountability Facebook group.
