How to Log Your Workouts in WOWY and Win Prizes

There are a few different benefits to logging your workouts into the Beachbody WOWY SuperGym (workout with you) interface:

1. Each time you log a workout in “real time” (i.e. not a scheduled workout) you are qualified to enter the daily WOWY sweepstakes. You can win $300 cash or electronic items like iPods, digital cameras, and portable DVD players, every day. And once a week, someone wins $1,000!

As a CLUB member you are automatically entered when you click the FINISHED button. If you are a FREE member there is a separate form you need to fill out and email to Beachbody after you complete your workout. You can access the form here: http://teambeachbody.com/connect/daily-sweepstakes

2. Logging your workouts keeps you accountable! Other people can view your workout calendar when they visit your Team Beachbody profile page.

3. As a Beachbody coach it helps you become eligible for the customer lead program. In order to qualify for the customer lead program, coaches need to work out in real time at least 8 times in the preceding 30 days.

The first thing you need to do is log into your BB account and go to your dashboard: http://teambeachbody.com/dashboard.

Scroll down to where it says ‘Schedule a Workout’ on the left side of the screen and fill out the ONE-CLICK-WORKOUT option. Do NOT schedule a workout! If you want to plan ahead and schedule your workouts you certainly can, but in order to be eligible for the daily sweepstakes and customer lead program your workouts must be logged in real time using the one-click-workout.

If the program you are using does not appear in the drop-down menu then you need to add it to your profile. To do that go to MY DASHBOARD > PROGRAMS.

Once your workout is selected, click WORK OUT NOW. That’s it! After that you will be taken to the progress screen.

I always like to write a little something in the message box.

And remember to click FINISHED when you’re done to be entered in the daily sweepstakes.

If for some reason you forget to log your workout you can add it later by going to the WOWY SuperGym and clicking the ADD A COMPLETED WORKOUT button.
