Homemade Creamy Garlic Dressing

December 3, 2012 By Amanda

This homemade creamy garlic dressing is super easy to make and tastes good too! I make a batch on my food prep day and it usually lasts me the entire week. If my husband is on a salad kick I’ll double it. My Magic Bullet works really well for blending all the ingredients together but you could use a blender too. Please note: because of the EVOO this dressing does have some fat so probably isn’t a good idea if you’re currently following the FAT SHREDDER nutrition plan. 😉

Blend the following ingredients together:

1/2 cup EVOO
1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
3 TBS lemon juice
3 large cloves garlic
small handful of fresh parsley
1 TSP Himalayan salt
1/2 TSP Dijon mustard
1 TBSP raw agave nectar

I simply store the dressing in the same cup I use for the Magic Bullet since it comes with its own lid so that’s super handy. If you’re using a blender I would transform the dressing into some kind of plastic container that would be easy to use for pouring. I’m not sure if you MUST store the dressing in the frig but I think it keeps and tastes better that way.

Let me know if you try it! 🙂
