Every month or so I run a 30-day health and fitness challenge for a small group of individuals who are SERIOUS about improving their health and are ready to make a change. Since I provide one-on-one support and accountability to each person, I limit the challenge to 5-6 participants.
MY NEXT CHALLENGE WILL BE TAKING PLACE NOVEMBER 1st – NOVEMBER 30th
As a participant in the challenge you’ll receive:

Participants will need to:
1. Create a free account on TeamBeachbody.com with me as your coach. You can create a free account HERE or email coach relations if you already have an account and would like to switch coaches.
2. Do at least 30-45 minutes of exercise 5-6 days a week. It can be any type of workout routine that you want to follow. I recommend doing a mixture of cardio and strength training but it’s totally up to you! You will also need to log your workouts into the WOWY gym on TeamBeachbody.com (I will give you instructions on how to do that once you are registered.)
3. Drink Shakeology daily as either a snack or meal replacement. (If you purchase Shakeology on monthly autoship let me know and I’ll send your choice of the following workouts: a.) 4. Track your nutrition daily using your choice of phone app or website like MyFitnessPal and MyDailyPlate.com.
I will also help you set short-term and long-term goals that are both challenging and realistic.
