Nick, Doubles will give you the best results as long as you also pay very close attention to your nutrition plan and can make that kind of time commitment. If you feel like it's a little too much, don't be afraid to take a step back and return to the Classic schedule.

Nathalia, I definitely recommend the Classic plan. Lean doesn't contain enough strength training. I would stick with the same amount of calories for now and keep tracking your results so you can adjust as needed.

Hey Amanda. I've really interested in loosing my body fat and gaining muscle mass. I am 150 pounds and am in a good physical shape. i just want to loose the extra FAT (around 8 pounds) and gain muscle mass. Should I do the doubles or the classic? Which ever one I do im going to do them twice.

Hi Amanda ;) I'm about to start P90x and was debating if to do classic or lean .. I recently lost 46 lbs so I'm at my ideal weight but need to tone up my muscles .. What do u think? And also I have a hard time following the nutritional plan but I eat pretty healthy .. Have being eating around 1200 and 1500 calories a day .. How many more calories should I eat once I start?

Hi Brenda, I lost 30 pounds in 180 days with Doubles. Doubles is the same program as Classic except you add an extra cardio workout 3 days a week. This is definitely the way to go if you want to see results but it does require more of a time commitment. Lean is more cardio-based and has less strength training. I only recommend Lean for people who need to lose a significant amount of weight...50 pounds or more. For you I would definitely recommend Doubles if you can squeeze that many workouts into your weekly routine, otherwise Classic would be fine too. I hope that helps!
