		<description>Ava, try not to worry about the scale TOO much, your body is going through a lot of changes right now! A better indicator of your progress is how your clothes are fitting and your measurements! You will also experience the biggest changes near the end of Phase 3. You can try putting the chair behind you instead of in front and laying one foot on top. I found that works much better but you do need to have some strength in your back before doing that.</description>

		<description>It&#039;s so funny reading your posts...I seems like I wrote them!  I&#039;m only on my 14th day and I&#039;m going through the same things like you have described.  In day 15 you have mentioned that you have tryed the pull-ups with the chair, I felt like I was working out my legs as well more than anything else :) Thank you for that I don&#039;t feel so alone and stupid reading your posts.  I will follow you and your post for the entire 90 days I hope.  I was a little disapointed when I stepped on my scale this morning, first week I was able to shed 4lb second 0lb.  Not sure how that&#039;s possible with my eating beeing so good... didn&#039;t cheet yet!</description>
